I’m Carolina Barbosa, a Senior Product Designer with over 7 years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS and enterprise products. I specialise in making technical workflows understandable: from early discovery and product strategy through interaction design and delivery.
I’m strong in design systems and accessibility, and I partner closely with Product and Engineering to build products that scale. I care about the moment a user exhales because the screen finally made sense.
Legibility over decoration
The best interface answers a question before it is finished being asked. I design for the read, not the applause.

What I’m looking for
I’m looking for my next Senior Product Design role, ideally somewhere I can stay close to complex product problems, strong cross-functional collaboration and hands-on design work. I’m particularly drawn to products where the design challenge is real: where understanding the domain matters as much as the interface.
